Protection and re-registration period

Article 109: Registration of industrial paintings is valid for five (5) years from the date of application for registration of the application form. Valid for five (5) years, the owner of the industrial painting shall pay the renewal fee as specified in article 130 of this law. The month shall be paid in addition to the delay as stipulated in Article 130 of this law.

The re-registration of industrial drawings shall be carried out as follows:

Pursuant to Article 109 of the Law, re-registration may be carried out by the registered owner or by his representative within six (6) months prior to the expiration of the registration.

2. The re-registration shall be made with the payment of the re-registration fee within the period specified in point 1 of this article or in the period of six (6) concessions. The month as stated in Article 109 of the law, with the payment of late fees.

3- The re-registration of industrial drawings shall be recorded in the list and published.

4. The registrar shall process the re-registration certificate to the registered owner, which must include:

A. Registration number of industrial drawings

B- Date of re-registration and expiration date

C- Name and address of the registered owner and

D – Specification of the type of product for which industrial drawings are already registered.
