The patent patent is valid for twenty (20) years from the date of application for registration of the patent application, unless the conditions as stated in article 46 of the law are met.
The Beneficial Model Certificate is valid for seven (7) years from the date of application for the Beneficial Model Certificate without any renewal.
The annual fee shall be paid in advance to the registrar for a period of one (1) year, starting from one (1) year after the date of registration of the application form To maintain the validity of the patent or application form of that patent. Delays in the payment of annual fees are allowed for a maximum of six (6) months, with the payment of additional fees for such delays as stipulated in Article 130 of this law. If the annual fee is not paid in accordance with the conditions stated in this article, the application for a patent will be considered revoked or the patent will expire.
The protection of the circuit diagram shall be ten (10) years from the date of commencement of the protection.
