The Office of Cooperation and Dispute Resolution is responsible for the leadership of the Department on the work of cooperation and dispute mediation related to industrial ownership and has the following duties:
- Develop legal standards, procedures and regulations related to the mediation of industrial property disputes.
- Coordinate and cooperate with national organizations, international organizations and relevant offices on industrial property, prepare documents and disseminate important information related to industrial ownership to the public.
Disseminate policies and plans to strengthen the protection of industrial property. - Co-operate in researching and preventing illegal business that violates the copyright rights of protected industrial property in the Kingdom of Cambodia.
- Research on the development of national and international legal systems related to the protection of industrial property
Mediation and dispute resolution related to industrial property work. - To perform other duties assigned by the head of the department.
