Application Form

The application form for registration of industrial design must meet the following conditions:

1. Pursuant to Article 95 of the Law on the application for registration of an industrial design shall be filed with the Ministry in charge of industry and shall contain a request, drawings, photographs or other adequate graphic representations of the article embodying the industrial design and an indication of the kind of products for which the industrial design is to be used. It may be accompanied by a specimen of the article embodying the industrial design, where the industrial design is two-dimensional. The application shall be subject to the payment of the prescribed application fee, as referred to in Article 130 of this Law.

2. The application for registration of industrial design must be completed according to the application form No. 1C, which is attached in the appendix to this post.

3. The application form must specify the name, address, nationality of residence of each applicant and must be signed by each applicant.

4. In case the applicant is the creator of the work, the application must be accompanied by a certificate of power, and in case the applicant is not the creator of the work, the application must state the name and address of The creator of the work, i.e. each industrial painter, comes with a document confirming the rights of the applicant for the registration of the industrial design.

5. If the applicant is to be represented by an agent, the application must also specify the name and address of that agency.

6. The request by the applicant for the postponement of the publication of industrial design or design contained in the application form shall be in writing and shall specify the duration of the postponement. .

Article 6 The number and size of graphics, tables and statues representing real images must meet the following conditions:

1. The application form must be accompanied by:

A. Four (4) copies of the graphic or four or four copies of the diagram or drawing if the industrial design is in two-dimensional form or

B. Four (4) copies of the graphic or diagram or copy of each of the four (4) copies of the different parts of the industrial design, if the industrial design is in three dimensions and

C. Print drawings on a sheet of paper that must not be larger than 17.0 cm x 26.2 cm.

2. Statues representing real images of industrial paintings must not be larger than 20 cm x 20 cm x 20 cm. Graphics, diagrams or replicas of industrial drawings must not be larger than 10 cm x 20 cm. Drawings, diagrams, or transcripts shall be drawn on four (4) sheets of A4 size cardboard. Drawings and duplicates are drawn in black ink.
