Agent

Crop breeders can apply in person or on behalf of a representative.

In case the applicant has a permanent residence or significant business location outside of the Kingdom of Cambodia, the applicant must be represented as an agent who resides and is practicing in the Kingdom of Cambodia and who Meets all specified conditions.

The representative must meet the following conditions:

1. The appointment of a representative agent shall be made by letter of authorization signed by the applicant or by each applicant if more than one applicant.
