Pursuant to the Law on Patents, Certificates, Beneficial Models and Industrial Drawings: Chapter 5, Part 1, Article 89: Industrial drawings are a combination of lines or colors or three-dimensional shapes or materials, whether or not assembled. Lines or colors, as long as the combination of those shapes or materials stand out as the distinctive appearance of an industrial or handicraft product and can serve as a model of an industrial or handicraft product and can be visually distinguished.
