The Center for the Promotion of Innovation and Innovation has the following roles and responsibilities:

On the work of promoting innovation and innovation, human resource development, training of industrial ownership skills
Develop policies, strategies and strategic directions to promote and develop innovation, innovation and research
Develop relevant standards, procedures, regulations for promoting innovative and innovative activities
Implement mechanisms to promote innovation and innovation
Manage and operate the Innovation and Innovation Center
Disseminate and use information on industrial ownership as a tool to drive innovation, research creation for the purpose of developing science and technology in the Kingdom of Cambodia
Organize an exhibition on innovations, inventions and related works of industrial ownership
Advise the public on industrial property information
Design and implement training projects for the public related to industrial ownership
Manage and implement the IT system of the department
