Rights granted through patents

Doing business in the Kingdom of Cambodia of a patent that has already been patented by another person requires the consent of the patent holder. The commercialization of a patent that has already been patented means any of the following activities:

1. For a product that has already been granted a patent, the business is:

• Manufacture, import, supply for sale and use of that product
• Stocking of that product for the purpose of supply for sale or consumption

២- For a production process that has already been granted a patent, the business is:

• Using that production process
• Any of the activities as stated in paragraph A and point B of the first point on the product obtained directly from the means of that production process.
