Application Form

I. The following applications for patent applications and useful model certificates are as follows :

The application form for the patent shall be submitted to the Ministry of Industry, which shall include the application for comment on the patent, the affirmation, the diagram if necessary, and the summary. The application must be paid in accordance with the provisions of Article 130 of this law.

The sermon should present the logic in a clear and complete manner so that individuals with normal levels of expertise can apply the logic. In particular, the comment should indicate the best way to comply with the above tactics at the time of registration or at the priority date of the application in case of priority.

The assertion must clearly define the point at which the request for protection is made. Comments and diagrams can be used to interpret that claim. Statements must be clear and concise. That claim must be based entirely on the sermon.

Diagrams need to be there to explain the logic.

The summary shall explain only the purpose of the technical information, not the scope of the protection.

An application for an international application in which the Kingdom of Cambodia is a selected country shall be deemed to be an application for a patent or a useful model certificate for application under this law with the application date. Registration is the same as the date of application for international registration as stated in the patent cooperation agreement.

II. The following set of application forms for the circuit diagram is as follows:

The requirements of the application for registration of a drawing of a compact circuit are as follows:

1. The application for registration of protection of the circuit diagram shall be in writing and shall be submitted to the Department of Industrial Property. A drawing of each compact circuit must be made separately.

2. The application form must be:

• There is an application for registration of a drawing of a compact circuit, as provided in the appendix, and a brief and concise description of the drawing of that compact circuit.
• Specify the name, address, nationality and address of the applicant.
• Attach a copy of the document or drawing, along with information on the electronic functions that the compact circuit will apply and a power of attorney if assigned by the applicant’s representative.
• Confirm the date of the first commercial operation of the circuit diagram anywhere in the world or confirm that the business has not yet begun.
• Other necessary information at the request of the registrar.
