{"id":674,"date":"2022-01-24T06:58:47","date_gmt":"2022-01-23T23:58:47","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/localhost:81\/en\/?page_id=674"},"modified":"2022-09-09T10:57:12","modified_gmt":"2022-09-09T03:57:12","slug":"office-of-plant-breeders-rights","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/dip.misti.gov.kh\/en\/office-of-plant-breeders-rights\/","title":{"rendered":"Office of Plant Breeders &#039;Rights"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Office of Plant Breeders &#8216;Rights is responsible for the management of the Department of Plant Breeders&#8217; Rights and has the following responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop policies, strategies, directions and plans to strengthen the protection of crop breeders&#8217; rights<\/li>\n<li>Prepare legal standards, procedures and regulations related to registration and management<\/li>\n<li>Authorization of crop breeders in the Kingdom of Cambodia<\/li>\n<li>Research and review the application form for granting rights to protect crop breeders<\/li>\n<li>Implement procedures for granting protection rights to crop breeders<\/li>\n<li>Implement procedures on international application for protection of new varieties of crops through international, regional and state-level cooperation.<\/li>\n<li>Manage the protection of the rights of protected plant breeders in the Kingdom of Cambodia.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare, compile, publish and publish in official newsletters and other means about the application form for the protection of crop breeders&#8217; rights, research results or review the application form for the results of new varieties of crops, the issuance of certificates for the protection of breeders.
