The commercialization of a patent that has already been patented means any of the following activities:<\/p>\n<p>1. For a product that has already been granted a patent, the business is:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manufacture, import, supply for sale and use of that product<\/li>\n<li>Stocking of that product for the purpose of supply for sale or consumption<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u17e2- For a production process that has already been granted a patent, the business is:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Using that production process<\/li>\n<li>Any of the activities as stated in paragraph A and point B of the first point on the product obtained directly from the means of that production process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Protection benefits Rights granted through patents Doing business in the Kingdom of Cambodia of a patent that has already been patented by another person requires the consent of the patent holder.
